Welcome! My name is Hayley and I am a Registered Physiotherapist that focuses in Pelvic Health and Perinatal Care.
I am on a mission to transform the way pelvic health is practiced by blending Physiotherapy, yoga, and wellness.
Pelvic Goddess is a space for individuals looking to explore movement through a pelvic health and rehabilitative lens. My classes deliver results while focusing on prevention and longevity. I offer physiotherapy services as well as online prenatal fitness and postnatal recovery programs.

Heal with Hayley is an essential part of your postnatal care after birth prior to returning to your full pre-pregnancy exercise routine, featuring 16 weeks of online classes focused on restoring your core and pelvic floor to full function after delivery, minimizing complications, and helping you safely return to the exercise you love like running and high-impact workouts.
The Yoga Studio is an online subscription featuring an on-demand library of yoga classes, guided stretches, and rehabilitative strength workouts taught by Hayley. Hayley’s goal as a yoga instructor is to blend her background in rehabilitation and knowledge of anatomy with the practice of yoga to bring you classes that are designed to prevent injury and dysfunction, alleviate pain (based on common clinical conditions), improve posture, improve strength of the deep core, maintain pelvic floor health, and improve mental clarity and focus.
